This is my invariable advice to people:

Learn how to cook, try new recipes, learn from your mistakes, be fearless and above all have fun!

A Thanksgiving Cook-Along for Solo Cooks

🦃 Dinner for One — Together!

This Thanksgiving, I’m inviting solo cooks everywhere to join me for something special — a cozy, live cook-along where we’ll turn a simple meal into a cozy celebration — together, from our own kitchens.

Because being solo on Thanksgiving doesn’t mean cooking alone.

We’ll be making my Mix & Match Holiday Plate — a flexible, feel-good meal that lets you choose your own main (meat, seafood, or plant-based), pick your flavor “team,” and build a festive plate that’s totally you.

What to Expect

  • A relaxed 3-hour live Zoom cook-along on Thanksgiving morning — you cook in your kitchen, I cook in mine, and we meet online to share the experience.

  • flexible, step-by-step menu that adapts to meat, seafood, or plant-based preferences.

  • Plenty of flavor-building tricks, cooking tips, and good conversation.

  • Connection with other solo cooks — because this holiday, no one cooks alone.

  • Shopping list, prep guide, and Zoom link delivered right to your inbox a few days before class so you’re fully ready to cook and celebrate.

No fancy skills required — just curiosity, an appetite, and a willingness to have some fun in the kitchen.

Come as you are.

Cook what you love.

And celebrate Thanksgiving in the most delicious way — together.

“What makes this so fun is that we’re all cooking the same meal — but no two plates will look exactly alike. That’s real-life cooking — creative, adaptable, and made with love.” - Kerstin
